Comtemplation and the World
Embracing the Life We Are Given
This course is for meditators who want to probe essential spiritual questions: Who am I? What does it mean to be part of a human community? What is my relationship to the world in which I live my life?
Employing cutting-edge science to illuminate the path of meditation, the class will explore the new cosmology – the shift that is taking place in our understanding of the world, the opportunities it presents to the human community, and the implications it has for anyone on a spiritual journey.
How do we develop a new intimacy with the world in which we live? Can we once again get caught up in the grandeur of our life and the mysterious Divine power from which it has all emerged?
