MINDFUL SELF-COMPASSION RETREAT

Self-acceptance and self-compassion are essential qualities of happiness and success, and they form a core component of the resilience required to face our rapidly changing and stressful world. This retreat is an opportunity to practice in silence and for an extended period, moving through practices that are familiar as well as some that are likely new for most of you. It is a chance to move deeper into the self-compassion practices. Pamela has been teaching self-compassion for several years, has recently competed the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) training, and is currently a teacher-in-training for MSC. The retreat is open to all students who have previously taken an MSC or 4 week self-compassion course with Pamela.
