Subduing the Three Poisons of Greed, Anger and Ignorance

If you want to improve your life, you must follow a path that eliminates the three poisons. Buddhism explains that the three poisons – greed, anger, ignorance – are the leading cause of unhappiness, pain and suffering. This retreat day for men will help you discover contentment and equanimity so you can start to enjoy a more meaningful and less stressful life. It will explore the methods and practices of Zen Buddhist meditation, Christian hesychasm prayer, and Advaita yoga. Learn to cultivate equanimity, compassion and wisdom.
