Sustainable Solutions Buildings and Grounds Tour
Saturday, November 10 from 9am-noon
Get on board this tour to see what our community is doing to make our buildings and land more sustainable as we transition to becoming more environmentally friendly. We will tour institutional and commercial sites to see hear about things that could include bioswales, geothermal energy, solar panels, pervious pavement, electric vehicle charging stations, wetlands, and other ways to make your grounds and buildings more sustainable .
Tour details:
- Saturday, November 10 from 9am-noon
- Cost: Suggested donation is $5-$50 (workshop valued at $50). Donations will be collected day of.
- Transportation will be provided. Seats are limited and pre-registration is required.
- This reduced fee is made possible by generous grants from the Kalliopeia Foundation.
