Looking to better understand your personal spiritual path?
Interested in deepening your spirituality?
Desire for spiritual friendship in a community setting?
Wanting support for developing a personal meditation practice?
The Group Spiritual Guidance offers a contemplative and safe setting to integrate what you are learning and experiencing in meditation into your personal life. Each session includes meditation, group dialogue, and various reflective practices under the guidance of a trained spiritual director. These communities are especially helpful for anyone in a meditation course and are open to all.
The Earth & Spirit Center is made up of three schools: the School of Meditation & Spirituality, the School of Social Compassion, and the School of Earth Literacy. One component that reaches across schools is the Spiritual Integration Community. The community meets for seven sessions participating in a group spiritual guidance process that holds sacred intention for the exploration of your spiritual journey around issues of meditation, connection to Earth and social compassion.
The primary feature of the Spiritual Integration Community is group spiritual guidance, but it also integrates other elements for formation that include meditation, group dialogue, and other reflective practices. These communities are open to everyone.
The Spiritual Integration Community offers a contemplative pause in the midst of your coursework to integrate insights and apply them to your personal life through meditation, reflection, and listening and sharing with others so that the material becomes more part of the whole of you.
This group meets for five 75-minute sessions during the semster. All sessions are limited to 15 people.
Deadline for registration is February 20, 2019.
